By using the GetSocialAds service (getsocialads.com) operated by BİLİMDİL ÖZEL EĞİTİM MERKEZİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, you agree to the terms below.

Description of the Service

GetSocialAds is a SaaS product that lets you view, manage, report on and optimize your Meta, Google Ads and TikTok advertising accounts from a single dashboard with rule-based automations.

Account and Responsibilities

• You may only connect advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the campaign changes you make through the dashboard (pausing, starting, updating budgets) and for the outcomes of the automation rules you define; advertising spend is billed directly to you by the relevant platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Third-Party Platforms

The service uses the official APIs of Meta, Google and TikTok and is subject to those platforms' own terms. GetSocialAds cannot be held responsible for outages caused by a platform changing or restricting its API access.

Pricing

The service is offered on a subscription model. No charge is made during the trial period; current plan and pricing information is published on the site. Subscription cancellation takes effect in the next billing period.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". GetSocialAds makes no warranty for indirect damages, data loss or outcomes related to advertising performance. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced by email. The current version is always published on this page.
