This Privacy Policy explains how BİLİMDİL ÖZEL EĞİTİM MERKEZİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ("we") collects, uses and protects user data for the advertising management service offered under the GetSocialAds brand at getsocialads.com.

Data We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address and password (passwords are stored irreversibly hashed).
  • Advertising platform data: When you connect your Meta, Google Ads or TikTok accounts, we access — only with your consent (OAuth 2.0) — your ad account, campaign structure and aggregate performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions).
  • Google Analytics data: When you connect your Google Analytics (GA4) property, we access — using the analytics.readonly scope, read-only — your property list and aggregate web analytics metrics (sessions, users, conversions, traffic source/medium). We use this data to display attribution and performance reports in your dashboard; we never make any changes to your Google Analytics data.
  • Google Search Console data: When you connect your Search Console property, we access — using the webmasters.readonly scope, read-only — your site list and organic search performance metrics (clicks, impressions, position, search queries). We use this data to display SEO and organic search reports in your dashboard; we never make any changes to your Search Console data.
  • Access tokens: OAuth access tokens for your platform connections are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM in our database and are never shared with third parties.

How We Use Data

  • To let you view and manage your campaigns from a single dashboard
  • To produce performance reports and trend analyses
  • To run the automation rules you define
  • To send service-related notification emails

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting Your Data

You can have your data deleted in any of the following ways:

  1. Removing a platform connection: From Settings → Connections in the dashboard you can remove your Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics or Search Console connection at any time. When a connection is removed, the related access tokens are revoked and data synchronization stops.
  2. Removal via Facebook/Meta: When you remove the GetSocialAds app from Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, the permissions you granted the app are revoked and no new data flows to us.
  3. Permanent deletion request:You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (account information, connection tokens, synchronized campaign and metric data) by sending an email titled "data deletion request" from your registered email address to info@getsocialads.com. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days at the latest and the outcome is communicated to you by email.

Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, each organization's data is isolated in a multi-tenant architecture, and all changes made through the API are written to an audit log.
